Does Estimate require WooCommerce?
Section titled “Does Estimate require WooCommerce?”Yes. WooCommerce must be installed and active.
Where do quote requests go?
Section titled “Where do quote requests go?”Each submission is emailed to the recipient you set (or the site admin email by default) and saved as a private Quote Request record under the WooCommerce menu in wp-admin.
Can I enable quotes for only some products?
Section titled “Can I enable quotes for only some products?”Yes. Set the quote mode to Selected products only and tick Enable quote requests on each product you want. Choose All products to apply it store-wide.
Does the quote list work for logged-out visitors?
Section titled “Does the quote list work for logged-out visitors?”Yes. The list is stored in a cookie per visitor, so no account is required.
Can I hide prices?
Section titled “Can I hide prices?”Yes. Turn on Hide price to suppress the price on quote-enabled products. Leave it off to keep the price visible next to the Add to quote button.
What does the request form collect?
Section titled “What does the request form collect?”Name, email, company and message, alongside the quote list (with the quantities the shopper set).
Does it work without JavaScript?
Section titled “Does it work without JavaScript?”Yes. The storefront markup is accessible and mobile-friendly with a no-JavaScript fallback, so the quote flow still works when scripts are unavailable.
Will uninstalling leave data behind?
Section titled “Will uninstalling leave data behind?”No. Estimate has a clean uninstall. Saved Quote Request records remain only while the plugin’s data is present.
Is there a Pro edition?
Section titled “Is there a Pro edition?”A Pro edition is planned for per-product quote rules, PDF quotes, customer accounts and CRM-style follow-up. The free edition is the complete quote-request product.
