Returns
Returns adds a self-service return (RMA) flow to WooCommerce. From My Account, a customer opens a return on an eligible order, picks items, sets quantities, chooses a reason and adds a note. You manage every request in wp-admin through a clear status workflow.
Why stores pick Returns
Section titled “Why stores pick Returns”Returns is one focused, request-and-status RMA plugin. Customers raise and track returns from their account; you keep every request and its status in one place. It does not move money — process refunds in the normal WooCommerce order screen. The free edition is the full GPL product.

How the return flow works
Section titled “How the return flow works”A customer opens a return from an eligible order, picks the items and quantities, chooses a reason and adds an optional note. The request is saved as a private record, emailed to you, and given a status the customer can follow. You move each request through the workflow in wp-admin, and the customer always sees the current status. Refunds are handled separately in the standard WooCommerce order screen; the return record keeps the request and its status in sync.
