Recover Pro is the premium edition for Recover. It is an add-on that requires the free Recover plugin installed and active; it is distributed through Freemius (licensing, activation and automatic updates), not the WordPress.org directory.

Recover Pro extends the free plugin’s recovery email flow. It does not work on its own. If the free plugin is missing, deactivated, or older than the required version, Recover Pro stays dormant and shows an admin notice instead of booting.

Shipping PRO features

Recover Pro is feature-complete at recovery coupons, multi-step sequences and conversion analytics.

• Recovery coupon — attach a configurable single-use coupon to recovery emails via RecoveryCoupon and the free plugin’s recover/email/args filter.
• Multi-step recovery sequences — send a timed series of recovery emails with per-step delays, copy overrides, {customer} / {site} placeholders, and optional coupon inclusion on selected steps via SequenceSteps.
• Conversion analytics — recovered revenue, recovery rate by step, and coupon email impact on WooCommerce → Recover Analytics via ConversionTracker and the free recover/email_sent and recover/cart_recovered actions.

Configuration

The free Recover settings under WooCommerce → Recover still control the abandonment window, email copy, consent and cron-driven sends.

For reliable delivery in production, configure an SMTP plugin or transactional mail provider — recovery emails use WordPress wp_mail().

Relationship with Recover

Recover Pro extends the free Recover plugin. The free edition covers cart snapshots, early email capture, the abandonment window, secure restore links, cron-driven emails, recovery-rate reporting, consent and one-click data wipe. PRO adds recovery coupons, multi-step sequences and conversion analytics. No further PRO wedges are planned beyond this release.
