Waitlist PRO

Waitlist PRO extends the free Waitlist plugin. It requires Waitlist installed and active; it is distributed through Freemius, not WordPress.org.

Demand analytics

Waitlist > Demand Analytics, pending signups per product, products with demand, fulfilled signups, most-demanded out-of-stock products and demand CSV export.

Double opt-in

Waitlist > Double Opt-In, optional email confirmation before a shopper joins the waitlist. Confirmation links expire after seven days.

Scheduled sends

Section titled “Scheduled sends”

Waitlist > Scheduled Sends, stagger back-in-stock emails in configurable batches instead of one burst when stock returns.

Category segmentation

Waitlist > Segmentation, include or exclude product categories before notifications send. Works with immediate sends and scheduled batches.

Advanced CSV export

Waitlist > Demand Analytics, two exports beyond the basic FREE subscriber CSV:

  • Export demand CSV, per-product pending counts with SKU, stock status, categories and product URL.
  • Export subscribers CSV, every pending signup with product metadata for CRM or purchasing workflows.

Relationship with Waitlist FREE

The free plugin covers signup, email notifications, variations, My Account waitlists and basic CSV export. PRO adds analytics, consent, batching and category rules.
