Demando Pro

Demando Pro is the premium edition for Demando. It is an add-on that requires the free Demando plugin installed and active; it is distributed through Freemius (licensing, activation and automatic updates), not the WordPress.org directory.

Demando Pro extends the free product enquiry form. It does not work on its own. If the free plugin is missing, deactivated, or older than the required version, Demando Pro stays dormant and shows an admin notice instead of booting.

Shipping PRO features

Demando Pro is feature-complete at enquiry logging, auto-reply confirmation, file attachments, recipient routing and HTML email templates.

  • Enquiry log, every successful enquiry is saved in WooCommerce > Enquiry Log with product, name, email and message via enquire/enquiry_sent (EnquiryLogger, EnquiryLog). Toggle logging on WooCommerce > Demando Pro.
  • Auto-reply confirmation, send an immediate confirmation email to the shopper when an enquiry is submitted, with {product}, {name} and {site} placeholders via AutoReplyService and enquire/enquiry_sent.
  • File attachments, one optional upload field on the enquiry form; JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP, PDF, TXT, DOC or DOCX up to 5 MB attached to the store-owner email (AttachmentUploads).
  • Recipient routing, route store-owner enquiry emails to different inboxes when a product ID, category ID or vendor user ID rule matches. First matching rule wins; up to 15 rules on WooCommerce > Demando Pro via RecipientRouting and enquire/mail_args.
  • HTML email templates, branded HTML layout for store-owner and shopper emails with accent colour and optional logo via HtmlEmails, enquire/mail_args and enquire_pro_autoreply_args.

Relationship with Demando

The free plugin provides the product enquiry form and store-owner notification email. PRO adds enquiry logging, shopper confirmation email, optional file attachments, recipient routing and branded HTML emails. No further PRO wedges are planned beyond this release.
