Request configurationQuotlet Pro
Quotlet Pro adds a product enquiry dialog with file attachments, counter-offers the customer accepts and pays straight away, and rules that switch on quote mode for chosen roles, categories and out-of-stock products. Plus CSV export, per-quote PDF, quote-to-order, customer quote accounts, CRM webhooks and qualification questions.
Everything below ships in version 1.1.0.
An Ask a question about this product button on the product page opens a dialog where the shopper asks about that product without the quote list. The enquiry is stored as a quote request and emailed to the Quotlet recipient. Limited to 5 enquiries per hour per IP address.
The shopper attaches a PDF, JPG, PNG, WebP, Word, Excel or ZIP file up to 10 MB. It is stored under a random folder name, never linked publicly and deleted with the quote.
On the quote screen enter a negotiated price, an expiry date and a note, then Save and send offer. Accept and pay takes the customer to the payment page of an order at the offered price.
Out-of-stock products switch to quote mode, so the shopper asks instead of leaving. A variable product switches when none of its variations is in stock.
Switch quote mode on for chosen roles, for example wholesale customers or guests who are not logged in, and for chosen categories including their subcategories.
Download every stored quote request as a UTF-8 CSV for your spreadsheet.
Download a PDF for a single request with customer details, requested products and the message.
Create a pending WooCommerce order from a quote. An order from a logged-in customer's quote belongs to that customer.
Logged-in shoppers see past requests in My Account, with details and linked orders, and can load the items into a new quote.
Every new request is POSTed as JSON to your endpoint, with optional HMAC SHA256 signing, one retry and a test button.
Ready-made question sets for e-commerce and retail, installation and field services, and B2B services, added to the request form.

Yes. Quotlet Pro is an add-on, it requires Quotlet FREE version 1.3.1 or later installed and active. With an older version PRO stays dormant and shows an admin notice.
Version 1.1.0 ships the product enquiry dialog with file attachments, counter-offers with Accept and pay, quote mode by role, category and stock, CSV export, per-quote PDF, quote-to-order, customer quote accounts, CRM webhooks and qualification questions. Follow-up reminders are planned.
On the quote screen you enter one price for the requested products, an optional expiry date and a note, then click Save and send offer. The customer gets an email with a link to a confirmation page, and accepting there creates or updates a pending order at that price and opens its payment page. Shipping is not added, a paid order is never changed, and an expired offer cannot be accepted.
Quotlet Pro is sold and delivered through Freemius, which also handles licensing and automatic updates. It is not in the WordPress.org directory.
PRO costs €29/year for a single site, €59 for 5 sites, and €99 for unlimited sites, all billed in EUR via Freemius. Visitors from Poland see an approximate price in PLN.
Quotlet offers two quote modes, an add-to-quote button, price hiding, and guest quote lists for free, with CSV export, PDF quotes, and quote-to-order in its paid edition from €29/yr. Quotlet matches their core add-to-quote and price-hiding features while staying lighter. Pricing as of June 2026.
