WooCommerce KSeF Readiness Check

Check whether the store, accounting process and integration ownership are ready for a controlled KSeF implementation.

1. Has an accountant confirmed which store transactions and entities are in scope?

Document B2B, B2C, corrections, foreign sales and each legal entity separately.

2. Is there one agreed source of truth for invoice data?

Decide whether WooCommerce, ERP or accounting software owns numbering and invoice status.

3. Are tax rates, buyer identifiers, corrections and payment data mapped?

Test real edge cases, not only a basic domestic B2B order.

4. Are KSeF credentials, permissions and their technical owner defined?

Credentials need secure storage, rotation and a named person responsible for failures.

5. Is there a written process for rejection, outage and retry?

The store must not silently mark a rejected invoice as successfully issued.

6. Has the end-to-end flow been tested outside production with reconciliation?

Compare order, invoice, KSeF response and accounting records for the same cases.
