KSeF readiness
The module holds your KSeF settings and maps an invoice to FA(2) XML, but it cannot send. The client was written against the KSeF 1.0 API, which the Ministry of Finance switched off together with its test environment, so no invoice reaches KSeF today. For your accountant you use EN 16931 / PEPPOL UBL XML and the JPK_FA report. A rewrite for KSeF 2.0 is planned and we are not giving a date.

Hand your accountant a file they can import: any invoice as EN 16931 / PEPPOL UBL XML, and a JPK_FA XML for any date range. Credentials for wFirma, Fakturownia and iFirma are in the settings, direct push is not switched on yet.

Download and install
After purchase, download the ZIP from your account and upload it under Plugins > Add New.

Activate the licence
Enter the licence key under WooCommerce > Settings > Polski > PRO licence. The key is tied to your domain.

Frequently asked questions
Does PRO work without the free edition?
No. Polski PRO is an extension - it requires the free Polski for WooCommerce plugin version 1.6.0 or newer installed and active.
How does the licence work?
The licence key is tied to your domain. When moving domains, deactivate the licence on the old one first, then activate it on the new one.
What does the licence include?
Access to all PRO modules, updates for the licence period and technical support by email.
Can I enable only some modules?
Yes. After activating the licence, enable the features you want in the PRO modules section, independently of each other.
Do invoices go to KSeF?
No. The module stores your credentials and builds FA(2) XML, but it sends nothing. The KSeF client was written against the KSeF 1.0 API, and the Ministry of Finance switched its test environment off on 1 September 2025 and production on 1 February 2026, so the requests have nowhere to go, neither production nor test. Since 1 February 2026 KSeF 2.0 is the only system, and our rewrite against it is planned with no date given. Today you generate invoices as PDFs, download any invoice as EN 16931 / PEPPOL UBL XML, and build a JPK_FA report for any date range.
