New: **analytics data retention.** The `peek_pro_analytics` table used to grow indefinitely, one row per quick-view open. Events are now pruned once they pass the retention period chosen under **Peek -> Quick View Analytics** (30, 90, 180, 365 or 730 days; 180 by default for new installs). Existing store data is preserved on upgrade until a retention period is selected. The prune runs hourly in small batches so it never locks the table on a busy shop, re-schedules itself if the cron entry goes missing (including on multisite sites that were already active), and is removed on deactivation and uninstall.

Fix: uninstall now removes what the plugin created. It deletes the PRO options and drops the `peek_pro_analytics` table, which used to survive a delete, and on multisite it cleans every site in the network. Tables belonging to the free plugin are left alone. The cleanup runs through the Freemius `after_uninstall` hook, and the `peek-pro/uninstall/delete_data` filter can keep the data instead.
