Consentry terms of service
The service
Consentry forwards Shopify conversion events to Meta and GA4 server-side, gated by the shopper's consent, and keeps an audit log. The merchant supplies their own Meta and GA4 credentials and is responsible for their accuracy.
Merchant responsibilities
You must run a valid consent mechanism on your storefront and have a lawful basis for the measurement you configure. Consentry enforces the consent it receives; it does not replace your obligation to collect it correctly.
Billing
Paid plans are billed through Shopify's Billing API. Charges, trials, and cancellations are handled by Shopify under its terms.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as is, without warranty of uninterrupted delivery. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the prior month.
Termination
You can uninstall at any time. On uninstall, forwarding stops immediately and all stored data is deleted via Shopify's shop redaction webhook.
