Surcharge Pro will extend the free plugin. First comes lightweight, conditional checkout fees through the official WooCommerce fees API.

Yes. Surcharge Pro is an add-on — it requires Surcharge FREE installed and active.

Where do I get Surcharge Pro?

Surcharge Pro will be sold and delivered through Freemius, which also handles licensing and automatic updates. It is not in the WordPress.org directory.

Are prices final?

The roadmap uses EUR 29 / 59 / 99 per year as a working plan, but final prices will be added only after Freemius is configured.
